Your Mission Build strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and external key decision makers in the following value chain contributors, EndUser, Developer, Consultants / Specifiers & Builders Act as the leader of complex technical integrated solutions, and be the single point of contact regarding all project technical topics; Make sure customer technical requirements of the RFQ are considered (in terms of performance, quality, costs, and time) and technical deviation are identified. Lead technical coordination of all Tender stakeholders and propose the best split of scope between each involved entity. Challenge Opportunity team in order to reduce the technical risks and optimized the technical solutions (lean scoping, secured design, competitive offer...); Work closely with the customers to clarify its technical needs; and can take part of the negotiation of technical parts with final customer. Manage the pipeline of opportunities to be tendered with the account and ensure with relevant internal stakeholders that Schneider Electric has the right capacity/competency to meet the demand. 'As part of a project team: Make sure our solution answer to customer requirements in compliance with the contract. Lead a technical team composed of "customer project technical engineers" (i.e. DPT5DPT6), and ensure technical coordination of all projects stakeholders; Coordinate all technical solutions of customer complex integrated projects; Master technical risks of the overall technical solution designed and delivered. Key Activities and Responsibilities Technical Offer: Be accountable of the technical solution, in line with customer requirements and project strategy; Make sure the project technical team is aligned with the project strategy; Be accountable of the overall technical budget and planning of the project; Facilitate & prioritize all technical activities with factories or suppliers. Technical coordination of Tender stakeholders Work in close collaboration with Project Director Act as a single point of contact for all project stakeholders (including customer) regarding the technical strategy and major technical decisions of the project; Ensure good communication to the project team regarding technical decisions and strategy of the project Risk & Opportunity management, Change management, Alert: Master the technical risks & opportunities of the project; Conduct change management with the Project Director Work closely with Project Director to present and negociate major changes implications for Schneider Electric until getting a variation order; Alert Project Director and Management of any issue that could affect the project performance or customer satisfaction. Customer interactions: Lead technical strategy in line with customer; Take the proper technical decision to ensure project interest and customer satisfaction; Act as the key and trusty contact person for all technical topics related to the project. Community of Quality, process, practices & Coaching Quality process, Methods, Tools: Be accountable that project is following Schneider Electric processes; Act as role model and/or coach technical principal engineers; Be connected with LoBs and Schneider Electric Management to ensure good communication & knowledge of project technical challenges and decisions. About You Education Bsc degree in Engineering. Certified UPTIME Languages Fluent English. Other languages are a plus. Experience 7 years in leading technical scope of Data Center projects/tenders, or parts of large & international customer project opportunities. Commercial experience in a Data Center market segment or in a customer application/process is a plus. Skills Ability to communicate (written, verbal) in concise and synthetic manner on Data Center technical issues/topics. Ability to convince stakeholders on the needed technical actions Ability to learn from others, share her/his knowledge, coach others and collaborate efficiently. Ability to lead with agility functional and remote technical teams that have diverse engineering application knowledge.
