Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Contracts Administrator
Location: KSA
Language Requirement: Arabic Speaker Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT contracts, SaaS agreements, software licenses, and cloud service subscriptions.
  • Support procurement and IT desktop/helpdesk operations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, risk management, and organizational policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and track multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across legal, IT, and business teams.
  • Assist in negotiations and recommend contract improvements.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal, Supply Chain, IT Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in contract administration, procurement, or IT support.
  • Familiarity with SaaS agreements, software licensing, and cloud services contracts.
  • Proficient in SAP MM/Ariba and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
