Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


Manage, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers (physical and virtual).

Administer and monitor network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless).

Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.

Perform regular system and network performance tuning.

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues.

Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.

Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for IT services and solutions.

Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Requirements


Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

2+ years of hands-on IT experience, with focus on servers and networking.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Windows OS, Microsoft Office.

Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise network configurations.

Familiarity with cloud environments is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
