Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls to resolve IT issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and software applications.
  • Assist with onboarding new users and setting up workstations.
  • Document solutions and escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and support documentation.
  • Train end-users on basic IT procedures and tools.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor s degree in IT or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Office 365, and common ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
