Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls to resolve IT issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and software applications.
- Assist with onboarding new users and setting up workstations.
- Document solutions and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and support documentation.
- Train end-users on basic IT procedures and tools.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor s degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Office 365, and common ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
