Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collect and analyze business demands across departments
Forecast future IT/business based on agreed Squads plans
Act as a bridge between business units and IT/delivery teams
Understand business priorities and translate them into actionable requirements
Manage the intake process for new demand requests
Assess feasibility, alignment with strategy, and resource availability
Work with stakeholders to prioritize demands based on business value, urgency, and capacity
Align demand with available IT or delivery resources
Identify gaps and propose resourcing plans
Ensure demands go through proper governance processes
Track status, approvals, and communicate regularly with stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years of hands-on experience in Business Demands Management
Strong Demand Management in technical and business delivery
Deep Business analysis skills
Deep understanding of Agile principles and scrum framework
Deep understanding of banking business and IT banking solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Understanding of banking business processes and compliance requirements
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in a T24 context
