Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- 24/7 Support to all PCs with peripheral devices according to appendix A, B, and for more than 9000 users.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support more than 9000 Employee.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware.
- Set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers.
- Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs.
- IT Procurement and Vendor Management to related devices and equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Minimum 3 Years Experience.
- Experience in health care sector will be added value.
- ITIL Foundation.
- Customer Service certificate.
- Communication Skills.
- Microsoft OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
