A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you ll mostly be:

• Managing and monitoring all computer hardware to ensure systems are running smoothly regularly reporting back to the board
• Keeping up to date with all our approved systems and technology from LAN to POS
• Auditing IT performance, managing budgets and evaluating vendor proposals
• Recruiting, coaching and managing your team of IT experts to drive exceptional standards
• Safeguarding our IT infrastructure against cyberthreats

What we need from you

• Communication and customer service skills
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of various hot and cold beverage recipes and espresso production
• Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
• Possess the ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
• Passion for coffee and coffee artistry
• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field
• 4 years related experience with computer set-up and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of networks, operating systems and databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)
• Great communication skills
• You ll be a team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
