Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the IT strategy and roadmap, aligning technology investments with business goals, ensuring future-proof infrastructure and scalability.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning to drive team performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee IT budget and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI on technology investments, while proactively managing vendor relationships.
  • Manage and mitigate IT risks and security threats, implementing robust cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing new technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and gain a competitive edge.
  • Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks and policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices, safeguarding data privacy and security.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services, guaranteeing high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into IT solutions, ensuring technology effectively supports business operations and growth.
  • Monitor IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing IT processes, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead diverse IT teams effectively is a must.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity is required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are key to success in this position.
  • Experience with budget management and cost optimization will be a plus.
