Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Enterprise Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation
Define and execute the Group’s enterprise technology strategy aligned with business growth plans.
Lead multi‑year digital transformation programmes across all business units.
Establish scalable cloud‑enabled architecture and modern enterprise platforms.
Identify automation opportunities across finance, operations, fleet management, HR, sales, and customer platforms.
Drive measurable outcomes including efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and technology‑enabled growth.
ERP Leadership & Enterprise Systems
Own the full ERP lifecycle including implementation, customization, integration, upgrades, and optimization.
Manage enterprise ERP platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Ensure integration between ERP, CRM, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), fleet systems, and financial platforms.
Establish data governance, system controls, and compliance frameworks.
Drive adoption through training programmes, process alignment, and change management.
Application Development (Web & Mobile)
Lead the architecture and development of internal and customer‑facing digital platforms.
Manage the full software development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Establish development standards, coding governance, and DevOps practices.
Build scalable applications supporting operational systems and customer engagement.
Implement API‑first architecture enabling integration with external partners and platforms.
Enterprise Architecture & Integration
Define enterprise architecture standards across applications, infrastructure, and data platforms.
Establish integration frameworks using APIs, middleware, and microservices architecture.
Ensure interoperability across business units and technology platforms.
Maintain architecture governance ensuring scalability and resilience.
Cloud, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
Lead adoption and governance of cloud platforms including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
Implement secure and scalable infrastructure supporting high availability and disaster recovery.
Establish cybersecurity frameworks, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.
Monitor infrastructure performance, security risks, and operational stability.
Technology Governance & Programme Delivery
Establish governance frameworks ensuring transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery.
Lead large technology programmes managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
Provide executive reporting on project progress, technology risks, and performance indicators.
Leadership & Team Development
Build and lead teams across enterprise systems, software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and security.
Implement agile delivery practices and continuous improvement frameworks.
Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and operational excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Enterprise Platforms ERP: Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho Dealer Management Systems (DMS) Fleet Management Platforms Software Development Backend: Java, Node.js, Python, .NET Frontend: Angular, React Mobile Development: Flutter, React Native Architecture & Integration Microservices architecture REST APIs & API management platforms Middleware and enterprise integration platforms Cloud & Infrastructure AWS / Microsoft Azure Docker & Kubernetes Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform / similar) DevOps & Engineering Tools Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins) Automated testing frameworks Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) Data & Analytics Data warehouse platforms Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) Data governance frameworks
