Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Functional & Systems Support

  • Provide functional support for D365 Commerce / Retail / F&O modules including:

    • POS & MPOS

    • Inventory Management

    • Pricing & Promotions

    • Product Information Management (PIM)

    • Order Management

  • Manage configuration of retail parameters, assortments, pricing rules, and discount structures.

  • Ensure real-time and batch data synchronization between D365 ERP, POS, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Support LCS environment monitoring and coordinate with implementation partners when required.

  • Participate in system enhancements, rollouts, and upgrades.

E-Commerce & Omnichannel Integration

  • Manage integrations between:

    • D365 Commerce

    • Payment gateways

    • Logistics / 3PL partners

    • Marketplace platforms

    • CRM and marketing automation tools

  • Monitor API performance and troubleshoot integration issues.

  • Support omnichannel processes such as Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, and Order Fulfilment workflows.

  • Optimize checkout performance and customer journey from a systems perspective.

Retail IT Infrastructure

  • Support POS hardware (terminals, scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers).

  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and coordinate with IT vendors.

  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data integrity controls.

Data, Reporting & UAT

  • Generate operational and sales reports using D365 and reporting tools.

  • Analyze KPIs including sell-through, stock movement, margin performance, and online conversion.

  • Lead or support UAT for new features, patches, and retail initiatives.

  • Identify automation opportunities and recommend system/process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in Retail IT Systems, ERP Support, and E-Commerce Platforms.

  • Mandatory hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 Commerce / Retail / Finance & Operations – F&O).

  • Strong expertise in D365 configuration, support, troubleshooting, and user training.

  • Experience in ERP implementation, rollout projects, and post-go-live support.

  • Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, POS integrations, payment gateways, and retail data flows.

  • Good understanding of Omnichannel Retail Architecture (POS, E-Commerce, Warehouse, Finance integration).

  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and Power BI dashboards.

  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure / Cloud-based retail environments.

  • Experience supporting multi-store retail operations is highly preferred.

  • Candidates available for immediate joining will be given strong preference.
