Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
- Install and configure automated distribution systems
- Ensure the commissioning of equipment and train users
- Perform technical monitoring and maintenance of the installations
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents
- Provide quality customer support and respond to requests
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of automated systems and associated software
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of networks and computer security
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service
