Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, servers, and networks
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and system security
- Support cloud services and assist with system upgrades and backups
- Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal users
- Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and processes
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
