Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and IT equipment.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
Ensure data security through regular backups and system updates.
Maintain firewalls, antivirus systems, and network security protocols.
Document IT systems, configurations, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 4 years of experience in IT engineering or system administration roles.
Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and IT infrastructure.
Experience with firewalls, antivirus software, and backup solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
