Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Implement and Support compute, storage, and software solutions based on Technical Proposals, HLD and Scope of Work/Support

2. Create LLDs, As-Built Documentation, Configuration and Troubleshooting SOPs and Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders

3. Engage with customers and pre-sales to understand the technical requirements and provide recommendations during Implementation and Support engagements

4. Work closely with Vendor/OEM TAC and SE Teams on Implementation journey

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, preferably within the GCC region, and possess certifications in leading compute, storage, and software solutions
