Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designing, installing, maintaining, and supporting the company's IT infrastructure
• Managing hardware, software, networking systems
• Ensuring system security and performance
• Providing technical training and support to staff
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and IT infrastructure
• Meet with management to assess and discuss system requirements
• Design and implement computer hardware and network configurations as per business requirements
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues
• Implement and maintain IT security systems and ensure security updates are applied
• Train staff on new hardware, software, and IT procedures
• Participate in the design and implementation of IT operational support systems
• Respond to general IT support requests and incidents
• Liaise with vendors and external IT service providers for technical issue resolution
• Prepare and submit monthly IT status and performance reports to management
• Maintain and support PABX/telephony systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with service providers

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous UAE experience - Preferred
• UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Technical Competence in Microsoft and Cisco certifications such as MCSA / MCSE and CCENT / CCNA (ICND 1 & 2)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, firewalls, and IT security best practices
