IT ERP Specialist

As an ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining, configuring, and updating the Oracle NetSuite ERP system

Managing user roles, permissions, and security settings

Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement

Designing and implementing workflow enhancements and system optimizations

Providing technical support to ERP users and resolving system issues

Training employees on ERP modules, features, and best practices

Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP

Managing data imports, exports, and reporting

Managing and supporting third-party customized POS systems

Building and maintaining dashboards, custom reports, and analytics

Developing custom scripts, workflows, and forms

Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis

Working closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and eCommerce teams to implement enhancements and support integrations

Supporting the migration from Oracle NetSuite to Microsoft Dynamics and participating in system rollout projects

Monitoring ERP performance to ensure smooth daily operations

We re looking for someone with:

4 6 years of experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)

Strong knowledge of databases (MS SQL), reporting tools, and data structures

Solid understanding of business processes: finance, inventory, supply chain, sales, procurement, eCommerce

Hands-on experience in system design, configuration, and testing

Strong ability to analyze business requirements and recommend ERP solutions

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Education & Experience:

bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

4 6 years of ERP experience (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)

Strong experience with ERP customization, workflows, and scripting is a must

A background in business administration or project management is a plus
