Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain the company s ERP system (Oracle-based), ensuring smooth operation and data integrity.

Manage SQL databases (Levels 1, 2, and 3), including writing queries, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Provide system administration across all IT infrastructure servers, networks, user systems, and data backups.

Implement and monitor IT security measures, firewalls, and access controls.

Coordinate ERP customization, updates, and integrations with other business applications.

Support and train users on ERP functionality and technical tools.

Oversee hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrades.

Ensure data protection, disaster recovery, and system reliability across all platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3 5 years of proven experience in IT systems administration with ERP implementation or support.

Strong experience with Oracle ERP systems (E-Business Suite, Fusion, or similar).

Solid understanding and practical experience in SQL (Levels 1 3) queries, optimization, and database structure management.

Proficiency in network administration, server management, and cybersecurity protocols.

Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and firewall management.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
