Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, from network connectivity to application troubleshooting, with a customer-centric approach.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and peripherals, following established company standards.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring accurate records of assets and coordinating replacements or repairs as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to establish a strong technical foundation.
- Holds relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications to validate their technical proficiency.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT field support, showcasing practical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Has experience in the IT industry, understanding diverse organizational needs and challenges.
