IT Officer (Omani Fresher) DusitD2 Naseem Resort, Jabal Akhdar

To assist IT supervisor and users for the effective operation of Fidelio, Micros, networking, telephones, PC’ s and other systems as well as conducting relevant periodic training and refresher training courses for the users. Monitor usage of available resources – software and hardware. Troubleshoot problems in Opera, Micros and other systems. Support users in their daily operations.

primary responsibilities:

· Help the user both staff and guest when they have the problem with the computer for both software and hardware.

· Update the software if there is new version according to the dhr development.

· Update the summary and status of computers report of the hotel.

· Checking all computers capacity during low season.

· Update email list and telephone list for dhr.

· Checking telephone system in the hotel.

· Copy cd for every require department

· Must follow any policies or procedures which laid down by management.

OTHERS

· Continuous learning through own IDP.

· Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

· Basic knowledge in Fidelio, Opera, Micros, PC, LAN. and other applications widely used in hospitality business is a strong plus

· Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken

· Possesses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
