Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and catalog all IT assets within the organization, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Coordinate the procurement process for new IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements under warranty.
- Maintain a centralized inventory database or system to store asset information.
- Update the inventory database regularly to reflect changes, additions, and disposals.
- Monitor the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- ITIL Foundation.
- Inventory & Asset management.
- Reporting Skills.
