Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Helpdesk agent with Helpdesk and customer services experience of more than 4 years of experience in Health care sector.
- Provide 24/7 Support for more than 9000 Employees.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Dealing with difficult customers.
- IT knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Documentation and Knowledge Base.
- Creating and maintaining a knowledge base.
- Generating and maintaining KPI Reports for Helpdesk tickets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Minimum 6 Years Experience as IT Help Desk with 4 years of experience within the Health care sector.
- ITIL Foundation.
- Health Care system experience.
- Customer Service certificate.
- Communication Skills.
- Reporting skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic & English language.
