Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Helpdesk agent with Helpdesk and customer services experience of more than 4 years of experience in Health care sector.
  • Provide 24/7 Support for more than 9000 Employees.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Dealing with difficult customers.
  • IT knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Documentation and Knowledge Base.
  • Creating and maintaining a knowledge base.
  • Generating and maintaining KPI Reports for Helpdesk tickets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • Minimum 6 Years Experience as IT Help Desk with 4 years of experience within the Health care sector.
  • ITIL Foundation.
  • Health Care system experience.
  • Customer Service certificate.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Reporting skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic & English language.
