Roles & Responsibilities
Functional tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve all networking issues (hardware and software)
- Install and configure definitions for all devices and printers
- Setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems
- Install Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office programs, and other applications
- Provide support for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation
