Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
Receive and log IT support requests (tickets/phone/Email).
Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows, MS Office, printers, and internet/network issues.
Assist with software installation and basic device setup.
Update tickets with clear notes and escalate complex issues to senior IT.

Job Requirements
Basic knowledge of PCs, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Fast learner, committed, and able to work under supervision.
