Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose technical faults.
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and user guides.
- Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager when necessary.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Help Desk or Technical Support Specialist.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and IT support tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
