Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose technical faults.
  • Respond to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and user guides.
  • Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager when necessary.
  • Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Help Desk or Technical Support Specialist.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and IT support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken).
