Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support IT team to maintain company databases, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
  • Monitor system performance and apply necessary optimizations.
  • Administer and secure internal networks (LAN/WAN) and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Support protecting systems and data against security threats and cyberattacks.
  • Coordinate in technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
  • Support the development and maintenance of ERP across departments.
  • Generate periodic reports from databases to support management decisions.
  • Oversee and maintain surveillance systems (CCTV, attendance systems, POS software).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in Information Systems or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of database management (SQL Server / MySQL).
  • Hands-on experience with networking and IT security.
  • Solid understanding of backup strategies and disaster recovery planning.
  • Previous experience with POS systems, CCTV, and biometric devices will be an advantage.
  • Very good command of English language (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
