Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Operational management
- Ensure daily monitoring of IT activity.
-Coordinate the interventions of internal teams and external service providers.
-Track incidents, support requests and corrective actions.
-Monitor compliance with intervention times and service levels.
2. Monitoring of IT operations
-Ensure the proper functioning of equipment, applications, networks and systems.
-Participate in the supervision of the IT infrastructure.
-Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
-Contribute to the continuity of service of IT tools.
3. Assistance et coordination
-To serve as an interface between users, technical teams and service providers.
-Collect, qualify and prioritize signal needs or anomalies.
- Ensure regular follow-up on incident resolution.
-Inform users about the progress of requests.
4. Reporting et am lioration continue
-Produce dashboards and activity monitoring indicators.
-Analyze recurring malfunctions and propose improvement actions.
-Participate in the optimization of procedures and working methods.
- To compile and update the technical and functional documentation.
5. Safe and compliant
-Ensure the application of internal procedures regarding IT security.
-Participate in the control of access, authorizations and good usage practices.
-Contribute to the conformity of IT tools and processes with company requirements.

Job Description
The IT project manager is responsible for the operational management of IT activities within their unit (hypermarket), ensuring the availability, performance, and security of IT tools and services. They coordinate technical actions, monitor incidents, support users, and contribute to the continuity and improvement of the information system.
