Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the management of all IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, light current (Cameras, Bio-Metric Machines) and data centers. Ensure high availability and performance of systems.

Lead and manage the infrastructure team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operations and project delivery.

Manage the delivery of key IT projects, including the implementation of new technologies and systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals.

Develop and implement strategies for infrastructure development and improvement, including cloud hosting and automation opportunities.

Vendor Management.

System Administration.

Security and Compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree (CE, CS or any related field).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, cloud services, and data management CCNA, MCSE, VCP Certified.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions to improve infrastructure performance.
  • Experience: Proven 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a track record of successful project delivery
