Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support and operate factory IT infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls)
Ensure availability of systems supporting production lines
Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents in time-critical environments
Manage and support FortiGate firewalls (policies, VPNs, basic troubleshooting)
Coordinate with factory operations and IT teams
Maintain documentation, backups, and monitoring
Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
Backup & monitoring tools
On-prem / factory IT environments
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in: ( Computer Science - Information Technology - Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering - Automation ) or a related field.
3 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system/network administration.
Previous experience working in manufacturing or factory environments
Exposure to production lines or production-critical systems is a strong plus
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
