Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complete IT infrastructure (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi)
  • Install, configure & maintain Windows/Linux Servers
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLAN & Group Policies
  • Configure & maintain Firewall, VPN & Network Security Systems
  • Setup & manage Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
  • Implement Data Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
  • Configure & manage NAS / SAN storage systems
  • Setup and monitor CCTV, NVR & IT power backup systems
  • Troubleshoot server, network & hardware issues
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement & AMC management
  • Ensure IT security compliance, patch management & documentation

Technical Skills Required:

  • Networking: TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN
  • Firewall: FortiGate / Sophos / SonicWall
  • Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
  • Virtualization: VMware / Hyper-V
  • Cloud: Microsoft 365 / Azure (basic knowledge preferred)
  • Backup: Veeam / Acronis / Windows Backup
  • Storage: RAID, NAS, SAN
  • CCTV & NVR configuration knowledge
  • Basic Cybersecurity practices

Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering
  • Certifications preferred: CCNA, Microsoft Certified, VMware Certification
