Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Design and implement complete IT infrastructure setup (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
- Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux).
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Group Policies.
- Configure and maintain firewall, VPN, and network security.
- Setup and manage email systems (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
- Implement data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Configure NAS/SAN storage and monitor capacity.
- Setup CCTV systems, NVR, and power backup coordination.
- Install and manage printers, scanners, and biometric systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and server issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and AMC management.
- Ensure IT security compliance and regular patch updates.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / IT Engineering
- Certifications in CCNA , Microsoft Certified , VMware Certification
