Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office apps.
- Handle incident and service request tickets related to M365 services through ITSM platforms.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and support for user issues such as login problems, mailbox access, and sync issues.
- Assist with user account and license management via Microsoft 365 Admin Center (basic level).
- Provide remote support using tools like Teams, AnyDesk, or RDP.
- Support device enrollment and compliance via Intune (L1 tasks only e.g., profile push, sync check).
- Escalate advanced issues to L2 support or Microsoft as required.
- Maintain ticket logs and ensure timely resolution and updates
