IT Infrastructure Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior IT
Infrastructure Officer to become a valued team member. The successful candidate
will oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure, focusing on
ensuring its reliability, security, and optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• System
  Administration:
  
• Oversee
  the management and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network
  devices.
  
• Oversee
  the management of infrastructure architecture on-prem as well as on
  cloud.
  
• Manage
  virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere)
  
• Monitor
  system performance and capacity planning, and implement necessary
  optimizations.
  
• Network
  Administration:
  
• Manage
  network infrastructure, mainly firewalls.
  
• Configure
  network settings, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure network
  security.
  
• Security:
  
• Monitor
  system and network logs for anomalies or threats.
  
• Conduct
  regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  
• Respond
  to security incidents and implement remediation measures.
  
• User
  Support:
  
• Provide
  technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and
  software issues.
  
• Manage
  and assist with user account management and access control.
  
• IT
  Management
  
• Assist
  in defining and implementing infrastructure strategies aligned with
  business growth.
  
• Manage
  the licenses.
  
• Oversee
  the Disaster Recovery Plan.
  
• Implement
  and maintain IT policies and procedures.
  
• Maintain
  an up-to-date inventory of all software, OS, virtualization, cloud, and
  security licenses
  

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in the IT field.
• Strong
  knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks,
  and storage systems VMWare eSXi know-how.
  
• Experience
  with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols (TCP/IP).
  
• Strong
  knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud.
  
• Understanding
  security best practices and threat mitigation techniques.
  
• Excellent
  problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
