Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1 Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers
- Monitor server performance and system health
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
- Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
2 Network Support
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity
- Manage Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Support VPN and remote access systems
3 Security & Backup
- Manage endpoint protection and firewall policies
- Perform regular system updates and patch management
- Monitor system logs and security alerts
- Manage backup systems and disaster recovery procedures
4 Google Workspace Administration
- Manage user accounts in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console)
- Configure email routing, security policies, and spam filtering
- Manage Google Groups and shared drives
- Support synchronization with Outlook (IMAP) if required
- Handle Google Workspace security & MFA policies
5 User & Helpdesk Support
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support printers, IP phones, CCTV systems
- Support Windows and macOS devices
6 Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain network diagrams and system documentation
- Create reports on system performance and incidents
- Track IT assets and licenses
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2 5 years experience in IT infrastructure support
Strong knowledge of:
- Windows Server
- Networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing)
- Firewalls (FortiGate, Sophos, etc.)
- Google Workspace administration
- Experience with backup solutions
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
