Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime through real-time analysis and predictive maintenance.
  • Lead incident response and problem resolution efforts, effectively diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, while documenting and communicating solutions to stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage security protocols and procedures to safeguard data and systems from cyber threats, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Administer and optimize cloud-based services and platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency for business operations.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and providing training to end-users.
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure secure and reliable network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
