Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Provide on-site IT support for hardware and software issues.
-Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as PCs, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
-Troubleshoot network connectivity and system performance issues.
-Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, and office tools.
-Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
-Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware repairs and replacements.
-Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
-Provide user training and basic technical guidance to employees.
-Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
-1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
-Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral devices.
-Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and internet troubleshooting.
-Good problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Fresher / recent pass out from UAE collages with engineer background can also apply ?
