Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Develop and execute IT strategies, infrastructure roadmaps, and annual business plans aligned with organizational objectives.

2. Manage enterprise IT operations including ERP, CRM, HCM, databases, networks, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery systems.

3. Lead and support VISTA Cinema software ecosystem including Head Office, Loyalty, Gift Card, Voucher, Film Programming, Vista Connect, and APIs.

4. Oversee Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP administration, SQL Server management, and integration between VISTA and NAVISION systems.

5. Ensure smooth operation of online ticketing platforms, mobile applications, self-service kiosks, and digital customer channels.

6. Establish and monitor SLAs, AMC contracts, vendor relationships, procurement activities, and IT service performance standards.

7. Implement robust IT security controls, access management, data confidentiality, integrity, and business continuity procedures.

8. Supervise installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of all cinema IT hardware and network infrastructure.

9. Coordinate with business units to automate workflows using SharePoint, PowerApps, and other enterprise technologies for operational efficiency.

10. Manage IT audits, compliance activities, documentation standards, and alignment with Holding Company IT policies and procedures.

11. Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT teams while driving technical training, succession planning, and professional development initiatives.

12. Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network administration, desktop support, disaster recovery, vendor management, and cinema technology operations.
