Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring the reliability and security of all technology systems.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware, to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance and data integrity.
- Coordinate with other departments to assess and fulfill their technology needs and support business objectives.
- Plan and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and resource allocation.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related leadership role.
- Must have an experience in oracle erp not less than 5 years
- Proven track record of managing IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management abilities with experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with budget planning and cost management.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
