Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and maintain the hotel's computer systems
- Manage networks, servers, Wi-Fi systems and computer equipment
- Ensuring the proper functioning of hotel software
- Ensuring the security of customer data and IT systems
- Providing technical support to the various departments of the hotel
- Coordinate the installation, updates and maintenance of IT equipment
- Manage backups and incident recovery plans
- Collaborating with IT suppliers and service providers
- Train staff in the use of computer tools
- Ensure compliance with the group's IT standards and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- Bac +5 level training in computer science and/or specialized Master's degree in computer science.
- Experience in a similar role and in the hotel industry
- Good knowledge of hotel management software
- Master's degree in networks, systems and cybersecurity
- Strong sense of service and ability to work under pressure
Required skills:
- Team management and leadership
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Organization and management of priorities
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel technologies and user support
Professional experience required:
Minimum 5-6 years of prior experience in IT, preferably in a managerial role in the hospitality sector.
