Strategy and Management: 

• Define the IT strategy in accordance with senior management.
• Manage the IT budget (investments and operating costs).
• To monitor technological developments in order to propose innovations (Cloud, AI, collaborative tools).

Management et Organisation :

• Supervise the IT team (technicians, administrators, external service providers).
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate maintenance/license contracts.
• Managing digital transformation projects (ERP deployment, server migration).

Infrastructure and Security (Top Priority):

• Ensuring cybersecurity: implementation of firewalls, antivirus software, and password policies.
• Supervise data backup and the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Ensure the proper functioning of networks, servers and hardware.

Support and Quality:

• To ensure user support and the resolution of critical incidents.
• Draft internal procedures and the IT charter.

• Proficiency in infrastructure (Windows/Linux, Azure/AWS)
• Expertise in IT security and GDPR
• Project management (Agile, ITIL)
• Technical English (essential)
• Leadership and team management
• Excellent communication skills
• Rigour and organizational skills
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Education: Bac+5 (engineering school or Master's degree in Computer Science).
