Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support (workstations, printers, mobile devices, audiovisual equipment).
- Install, configure and maintain IT equipment (hardware, software, networks).
- Administer Windows Server environments and manage backups.
- Supervise network infrastructures (LAN, WLAN, WAN, security, videoconferencing).
- Implement the group's IT security policies and standards.
- Collaborating with business and corporate teams for the deployment of solutions (including SAP).
- Ensure the monitoring, maintenance and availability of systems.
- Managing incidents, support requests and security issues.
- Manage and monitor IT projects at the local level.
- Ensure regular reporting to the Corporate teams.
- Good mastery of the Microsoft environment: Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Teams
- Experience with IT management tools (ManageEngine, Endpoint Central, MDM)
- Knowledge of SAP (support or use of modules)
- Proficiency in network environments (DHCP, DNS, security)
- Experience in IT project management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in computer science or equivalent
- 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and networks
