Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
IT Strategy and Governance
- Define the IT strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives
- Develop the master plan for the information system
- Propose and manage digital transformation projects
Systems and infrastructure management
- Ensuring the availability, reliability and security of IT infrastructures
- Monitor networks, servers, workstations, applications, and databases
- Implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans (BCP/DRP)
Information systems security
- Ensure data security and regulatory compliance
- Implement cybersecurity policies
- Raising user awareness of IT best practices
Management and coordination of the IT team
- Supervise, train and evaluate the IT team
- Organize user support and incident management
- To divide the tasks and monitor the team's performance
Budget management and suppliers
- Prepare and monitor the IT budget
- Managing relationships with service providers and suppliers
- Negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery
Support and guidance for third parties
- Analyze the needs of the different services
- To offer suitable IT solutions
- Supporting users through change
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation
- Bachelor's degree (4 years of higher education) / Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networks or equivalent
Exp rience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or in IT management
Comp tences techniques
- Systems and networks (Windows, Linux, virtualization)
- Information security and IT risk management
- IT Project Management
- Collaborative tools and ERP
