Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT manager to lead our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT infrastructures, implementing innovative solutions, and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data centers.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Project Management: Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with IT vendors.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage the IT budget.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • ERP Systems: Experience working on ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    7+ years of experience in IT management roles in large organizations.
  • Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and other IT frameworks.
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL) are preferred.
