Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security for all systems and networks.

  • Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative environment for skill development.

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.

  • Drive full-cycle implementation of ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC ), including planning, data migration, customization, integrations, and user training.

  • Integrate ERP with CRM, analytics, POS, and automation systems to enhance business intelligence, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy.

  • Prepare executive-level reports on IT performance, budget utilization, risks, and ongoing project milestones.

  • Work closely with finance, operations, retail, HR, supply chain, and senior management to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Provide technical consultancy for workflow automation, process optimization, and AI-driven improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive IT management experience in a corporate environment is required.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams with a focus on achieving strategic goals is preferred.
