Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oracle NetSuite (Primary Focus)

  • Provide day-to-day NetSuite user support

  • Collect business requirements and coordinate enhancements with Oracle vendors

  • Manage system configurations, roles, workflows, and user access

  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure optimal system performance

  • Support reporting and data accuracy

Microsoft 365 & IT Administration

  • Manage O365 user accounts, licensing, activation, and password resets

  • Oversee email backup and basic security protocols

IT Operations Support

  • Ensure stable network and server performance

  • Coordinate with external IT vendors for infrastructure support

  • Monitor cloud services and ensure cost control

  • Maintain backup and disaster recovery processes

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 5–8 years of IT experience

  2. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite administration

  3. Experience managing ERP vendor relationships

  4. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration

  5. Practical knowledge of networking and cloud basics

  6. Strong problem-solving skills

  7. Good communication skills in English
