Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
span>-Lead civil discipline governance across large-scale projects (client/PMC role)br> /span>
span>-Review/approve civil design drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawingsbr> /span>
span>-Monitor contractor performance and resolve technical issues with engineering recommendationsbr> /span>
span>-Coordinate with MEP, Architecture, and other disciplines to ensure integrated deliverybr> /span>
span>-Ensure QA/QC compliance and report progress, risks, and technical issues to senior/span> br> /span>
Requirements
span>-BSc in Civil Engineering (mandatory) | MSc Civil/Structural (preferred)br> /span>
span>-12 15+ years total experience with strong PMC/Consultant exposure in design review & site supervisionbr> /span>
span>-Proven experience on mega/large-scale projects (mandatory)br> /span>
span>-PMP (preferred) | PE License (advantage) | QA/QC certification (preferred)br> /span>
span>-Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary coordination/span> br> /span>
