Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the IT team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the IT department to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and deliver effective IT solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective technology investments.

- Bachelor s degree in IT Engineering , or Computer Science.
- Minimum15-20 years of experience in IT management.
- Proven expertise in ERP implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security protocols.
- Experience in managing IT teams and leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
