1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

- Oversee servers, data centres, storage, virtualization, and backup systems

- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity

- Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure (if applicable)

- Monitor system performance and capacity planning

2. SAP Systems Management

Manage SAP landscape (ECC / S4HANA / BW / HCM / QM / PP / MM / FI as applicable)

Coordinate SAP upgrades, patches, transports, and system refreshes

Act as key contact with SAP vendors, consultants, and support partners

Ensure SAP systems meet pharmaceutical compliance requirements

3. Network & Security Management

Manage LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi / VPN / Firewalls

Ensure network stability for production plants, warehouses, and offices

Implement IT security policies, access controls, and cybersecurity measures

Lead vulnerability assessments and incident response

4. IT Operations & Support

Lead IT support team (Helpdesk / Infrastructure / SAP support)

Ensure timely incident resolution and SLA compliance

Implement ITIL-based service management processes

Manage change management and system enhancements

6. Vendor & Budget Management

Manage IT vendors, contracts, and licensing

Prepare and control IT budget and CAPEX/OPEX

Evaluate and implement new technologies aligned with business strategy
