Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems to ensure efficiency and security.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
- Manage data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
- Lead the implementation and integration of software systems and digital transformation projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to all departments to maintain seamless operations.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high availability.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and asset control.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend system improvements.
- Lead and develop the IT team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 10 15 years of experience in IT, including 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of network management, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
- Experience with ERP systems, cloud services, and IT infrastructure management.
- Solid understanding of data privacy laws, information security, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, PMP, or ITIL are preferred.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
