Our client, a leading Real Estate & Logistics group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a proactive IT Manager to drive IT excellence across the organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, cybersecurity, and business continuity. You will lead a skilled team, oversee vendor partnerships, and implement innovative IT solutions that enhance efficiency and support business growth. What You ll Do: Lead and manage the entire IT function ensuring system reliability and security. Oversee Microsoft platforms: Office365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Azure. Develop and enforce IT policies, compliance standards, and disaster recovery plans. Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and optimize workflows. Manage vendor contracts and budgets for cost-effective IT service delivery. Guide and mentor your IT team to perform at their best. What We re Looking For: Bachelor s degree in IT or related field. 7 10+ years of IT management experience with hands-on Microsoft admin skills. Strong background in cybersecurity, governance, and audit readiness. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Fluent in English and Arabic.
