Define and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Assess current IT infrastructure and recommend improvements to support operational and strategic needs.

Manage day-to-day IT operations, including systems, networks, user support, security, and communications.

Develop, manage, and control the IT department budget, including new systems, upgrades, and improvements.

Lead and supervise the IT team, including performance reviews, training, development, and resource planning.

Approve IT-related requests, documentation, registers, and system changes in line with company policies.

Oversee IT projects related to system selection, implementation, upgrades, and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery.

Coordinate with department heads to define technology requirements and improve business processes.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations in coordination with Purchasing and Legal departments.

Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with company policies and approvals.

Monitor IT system performance and ensure continuous availability of IT services across the organization and sister companies.

Provide technical guidance and leadership on information systems, infrastructure, and communications networks.

Perform additional IT-related duties and projects as assigned by senior management.
